TICKETS

Each guest will be provided with an e-ticket. Please take great care if forwarding tickets on to your guests. Please ensure that you log the ticket number you send to each guest as without this information lost tickets cannot be replaced.

WHERE IS THE GREEN ROOM LOCATED?

The Green Room at Silverstone will be in its new home, at the incredible Fusion Lounge.

WHAT IS THE BEST POINT OF ENTRY FOR THE GREEN ROOM?

Please either print your e-ticket or have it ready to be scanned on your mobile device. For multiple tickets, we suggest printing. Please note that digital tickets can only be scanned once, so please ensure that you keep your ticket secure.

Please follow the signs towards Gate 6. From there, make your way through Copse tunnel to the inner track. All guests should head towards the Silverstone Hospitality shuttle stop on Copse runway to be transported to The Green Room in the Fusion Lounge.

DRESS CODE

A smart casual dress code applies to all guests within Silverstone Hospitality Areas. Jeans are permitted but must be smart in appearance with no rips, tears or bleaching. It is advised that suitable footwear is worn as some of the car parks are grass covered. All footwear should be clean and smart trainers are permitted. Please remember to bring an extra layer in case of chilly days, as well as sunblock and headwear in case of warm weather.

SECURITY

Arrive early and leave plenty of time for searches and do not leave any of your belongings unattended. Guests must not bring PROHIBITED ITEMS including weapons, narcotics or any promotional, commercial, or advertising banners, signs or brochures, bicycles, electronic bikes or scooters.

Please note The Green Room will not contain any luggage storage facilities therefore, we recommend that all travel bags are stored in an alternative location prior to arrival.

Your LANYARD, WRISTBAND and HOSPITALITY PASS will be provided at the Welcome Desk of the Hospitality Area. These must be worn at all times.

If you see or suspect anything suspicious then contact the police straightaway on 999.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

Children are more than welcome to attend but will need a valid admission and hospitality ticket.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

Photographic equipment, mobile telephones and other communications devices are permitted within the venue provided they are used for personal and private non-commercial purposes.

BY CAR

FROM THE NORTH
60 minutes south of Birmingham with road access exceptionally easy along the A43 dual carriageway from the M1 motorway.

FROM THE SOUTH
90 minutes north of central London from the M40 motorway and A43 dual carriageway.

 


 

PARKING

For HOSPITALITY PARKING please follow the RED ROUTE on the event traffic signage or the GREEN ROUTE for area J. Those with disabled parking should also follow the green route and signage for DISABLED HOSPITALITY PARKING. Please email greenroomexperience@hospitalityfinder.co.uk if you require a disabled parking pass.

To enter after 13:30 hours, Hospitality guests will need to use the GREEN ROUTE via Silverstone Village, please follow the signage on the day. As you approach Silverstone Circuit you will be able to re-join the RED ROUTE.

GETTING TO THE EVENT

RED PARKING ROUTE

DIRECTIONS FROM M1

Leave the M1 at J15A following signs for Oxford A43. At the roundabout that crosses the A5, take the second exit and stay on the A43. At the next roundabout take the second exit and stay on the A43. Please then follow directions for circuit parking below.

DIRECTIONS FROM M40

Leave the M40 at J10 following signs for Northampton A43. Continue on the A43 passing the exit for SILVERSTONE, until you reach Towcester roundabout (near the BP petrol station). Leave the roundabout at the 4th exit and double back on yourself driving back towards Oxford A43. Please then follow directions for circuit parking below.

RED ROUTE PARKING (P26)

After approximately 1 mile take the A413 towards Buckingham, Whittlebury and follow the RED ROUTE on the Event Traffic Signage for Hospitality Parking. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A413 towards Whittlebury. After going through the village of Whittlebury the entrance for Hospitality Parking will be on your right-hand side after approximately 1/2 mile. Follow this route for approximately 3 minutes until you see signs for P38 or continue for another 2 minutes for P26. Upon arrival at the Circuit please have your parking pass ready for inspection.

ARRIVING BY CAR

Please follow the signs towards Gate 6. From there, make your way through Copse tunnel to the inner track. All guests should head towards the Silverstone Hospitality shuttle stop on Copse runway to be transported to The Green Room in the Fusion Lounge.

The drop off point at the circuit is now located in P25 behind the Silverstone UTC via Silverstone Village using Winterhills lane, which can be reached by following the red route.

Once you have arrived, please follow the signs towards Gate 6. From there, make your way through Copse tunnel to the inner track. All guests should head towards the Silverstone Hospitality shuttle stop on Copse runway to be transported to The Green Room in the Fusion Lounge.

We would recommend pre-booking return taxis from Silverstone in advance.

 


BY TRAIN

The closest station, Wolverton, is approximately 10 miles (16km) away from the circuit. It offers direct train services to London Euston, Birmingham New Street and Northampton Rail Stations.

In the area and all under 13 miles (20km) away are Banbury, Milton Keynes and Northampton rail stations.

 


 

BY BUS

Stagecoach operates local bus services to and from the circuit for our key events. Just turn up on the day and pay the driver – be prepared for busy services for large events.

The drop off point is located close to the circuit entrance. Please consult the local bus service for their current timetables.

  • Northampton train station, Northampton bus station (routes N1, 87 and 88)
