We are excited to announce that we have have raised a considerable donation for Dallaglio RugbyWorks during our recent Green Room VIP events.
During the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone and two England Cricket match events at The Kia Oval, we held silent auctions to raise money for Dallaglio RugbyWorks. A total of £7,085.01 was kindly raised at these events and the money generated will go towards changing the lives of disadvantaged young people across England and Wales using the values of rugby.
Auctions are an amazing way of raising money as they allow people to donate whilst feeling like they are getting something in return. We hold silent auctions at all our Green Room events including Twickenham, The Kia Oval and Cheltenham, not just for the fun of it, but because we believe that through the fantastic work of Dallaglio RugbyWorks more young people will grow up with the opportunity and inclusion that should be available to all. We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Dallaglio RugbyWorks and can only hope we can raise more funds for them in the future!
We’d like to thank Dallaglio RugbyWorks for their continued hard work and every individual that attended our Green Room events and donated to such a worthwhile cause. We have upcoming events at Twickenham for the Autumn Nations Series and the Guinness 6 Nations, and you can meet RugbyWorks founder Lawrence Dallaglio who will be hosting these events along with many other rugby union stars.
