WHERE IS THE BEAUMONT LIVE LOCATED?

The Beaumont Live is located in the North Stand of the stadium in the Beaumont Suite.

WHAT IS THE BEST POINT OF ENTRY?

Please enter the stadium via Gate D on Rugby Road.

WHERE ARE MATCH SEATS LOCATED?

Match seating is located in the North Stand Middle Tier

DRESS CODE

The dress code is smart / casual. Rugby tops are allowed but please do not wear ripped jeans or trainers.

SECURITY & TICKETS

Spectators are asked not to bring large bags, sports bags or rucksacks into the stadium on match day and only small bags which can be placed safely under a seat are allowed into the seating bowl.

Please take great care if forwarding tickets on to your guests. Please ensure that you log the block, row and seat numbers as well as hospitality pass numbers you send to each guest as without this information lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Please note that since Twickenham Stadium introduced its electronic turnstile access control system all hospitality guests need their match ticket to enter the stadium. As there is no re-admittance we strongly advise that all guests have their tickets in advance of the event.

SMOKING

On match days all areas of the stadium effective from once you enter the stadium through any entrance gate are non-smoking.

Can i leave the stadium and re-enter?

Entry is only permitted once on an event day, you may not leave the stadium and re-enter.

ROAD CLOSURES

Please be aware that on match days road closures are implemented around 90 minutes before kick-off time, re-opened during the match and then closed again 10 minutes before the end of the match for up to two hours.

The various roads around the stadium included in the above closure times are as follows; London Road, Whitton Road, Rugby Road, Kneller Road and streets leading off them.

Please keep this in mind when organising drop off / pick up before and after the match.


 

BY car

From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Twickenham Stadium is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout. Please do leave additional time if you are arriving at the stadium during peak travel hours as the A316 can be busy during this time.

Parking at the stadium on a match day must be pre-booked at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please contact your account manager to request this.
