Tickets

Each customer will be provided with an e-ticket.

Please take great care if forwarding tickets on to your guests. Please ensure that you log the ticket numbers as without this information lost tickets cannot be replaced.

No Re-admission: Please note that re-admission will not be permitted to guests who leave the venue at anytime.

 

 

FAQ

WHERE IS THE GREEN ROOM LOCATED?

Enter the stadium through Club Wembley Main entrance on Level B2, make your way up the escalators on the left hand side to Level 3. Enter the box corridor and continue left until you reach Pitch View East.

DRESS CODE

The dress code is smart / casual. Please do not wear ripped jeans or trainers. Guests must not wear club colours as pitch views are neutral zones.

SECURITY

To help provide a safer environment for fans, Wembley Stadium has a strict restricted bag policy for all events. All ticket holders will be prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium unless it meets the Wembley Stadium regulations. Any bag that does not meet these requirements will be refused entry.

Each person can only bring one small bag, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. ( 297mm H x 210mm W x 210mm D)

Please note: this means the overall bag size. Bags that are half full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted within the stadium.

You can purchase car parking through Official Wembley Parking.

Wembley is well served by local buses, including the 18/N18, 83/N83, 92, 182, 206, 223, 297 and 483 serving routes across North West London and to and from Central London.

To make life easier, you can pay for your bus fare with an Oyster card, Visitor Oyster card, Travelcard or UK-issued contactless payment card. Just touch one of these on the card reader as you get on .

TAXI

Public transport is the best way to get to Wembley, especially during peak traffic. But if you really need a taxi outside peak traffic times, please only use a licensed cab.

BY TRAIN

Wembley Stadium is easily accessible from three railway stations. Wembley Park Station is only two stops from Baker Street on the London Underground Metropolitan line, and is also served by the Jubilee line for further connections across the Underground network. Wembley Stadium Station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Railways, and Wembley Central Station is on the London Underground Bakerloo line and London Overground line from Watford Junction to London Euston.

Step-free access and low-level ticket machines are available at all three stations. However, Wembley Central Station is step-free from street to platform, but not from platform to train.
