HOTEL INFORMATION

(All guests will receive dedicated confirmed pickup transfer times closer to the event – transfers to Monaco can take up to 50 minutes dependant on traffic)
ARRIVAL AT FONTVIEILLE, MONACO
Tender transfers to the yacht will be made available to Green Room guests upon arrival
A dedicated member of staff will be in situ upon your arrival at the port
Guests will be transferred to the yacht in groups of x12 guests per tender
(Please note that the Fontvieille will be extremely busy, and guest may have to wait briefly for the tenders to arrive at the jetty)

The Green Room Yacht
WHERE IS THE GREEN ROOM YACHT LOCATED?
The Green Room Yacht is located in Zone Two within Port Hercules.
HOW IS THE YACHT ACCESSED & CAN I GET ON AND OFF?
The yacht will be moored in the middle of the port and can only be accessed via tender. Therefore, there will not be a pontoon or jetty for guests to get on and off the yacht throughout the day. Should an emergency occur, or you or your party need to leave the yacht suddenly, please ensure you speak to a member of staff from Hospitality Finder on the day.
All guests will receive dedicated tender transfer timings in advance of the event.

YACHT PASSES
Your hospitality passes will be sent to you via post. Please note that regrettably, lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
is smoking permitted on the yacht?
Only when you are on the deck and within the exterior areas is smoking allowed. Please use the ash trays provided to dispose of ash.
WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH THE RACE?
There will be two dedicated screens on the yacht where guests will be able to catch all the live action of the race.
IS THERE WIFI ONBOARD?
Wi-Fi onboard is very limited and within the port of Monaco internet signal will not be guaranteed due to the volume of spectators.
DRESS CODE
During the weekend, you are advised to wear comfortable smart / casual clothing.
ARE SHOES PERMITTED ON THE YACHT
Shoes are permitted on the yacht; however, we do ask guests to refrain from wearing stiletto heels or any shoes which may cause damage to any flooring. The yacht has been carpeted internally and externally for your convenience.

Before you travel
MEDICATIONS
If you take medication ensure that you carry it in your hand luggage or handbag and that you have enough for your journey. You should also ensure that you have the proper names for any drugs or treatment so that further supplies can be obtained overseas if necessary. Your G.P. or prescribing chemist can give you this information.
passport & visas
British Passport holders should ensure they hold a full, valid passport for travel to France. If you hold a foreign passport you may need a visa to enter France as the UK is not part of the Schengen agreement.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation.
ELECTRICITY & PLUGS
Electricity is supplied at 220v as in the UK. Sockets take round, two pin plugs so you will need a suitable adaptor for any electrical equipment you take.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you have comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling. Check for any exclusions and that your policy covers you for all the activities you want to undertake. Please note that we strongly advise you to insure against flight delays as no Grand Prix ticket refunds can be made under any circumstances.

Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is just a ten-minute drive away with connections to the UK’s national road and motorway network.
