THURSDAY ITINERARY

 

Check-in 14.00 onwards  

Our luxury private tender will be available to escort you to the yacht – Please notify the team in advance of your expected arrival time and location for pick-up. 

*The track will be closed from 10.00 – 19.30 due to practice sessions  

 

THURSDAY AFTERNOON / EVENING  

Cabin guests are welcome to stay onboard to enjoy an afternoon / evening at leisure  

A fine dining experience is included – Please ensure you have notified the team prior to your arrival should you have made alternative plans for the evening  

The Imperial Princess Beatrice yacht crew will be at your disposal should you wish to depart the yacht

The Imperial Princess Beatrice yacht crew will be at your disposal should you wish to depart the yacht 

 


 

SATURDAY itinerary

 

*The track will be closed from 07.00 – 19.30 due to the Formula 1 Qualifying Session 

Breakfast will be served  

Please note all guests must depart from the yacht by 10am due to a private function  

Guests are welcome back onboard from 8pm however, please be aware that guests from the private function will be departing and the event aims to be concluded by 10pm. 

Should you wish to have an evening meal onboard this will be served on the Portuguese deck

HOW TO GET TO THE FONTVIEILLE, MONACO

BY CAR / TAXI

The recommended form of transport to the Fontvieille Harbour is via car or taxi. Should you be travelling from Nice, Uber does operate from this area however does not operate on the return from Monaco to Nice. The best location for drop off and collection is outside the Moshi Moshi restaurant. 32 Quai Jean-Charles Rey, 98000 Monaco

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer on their preference on transfers and travel.

Gare de Nice Ville to Monaco-Monte-Carlo.

Please note there are many road closures around Monaco including near the train station so please allow enough time to navigate around the closures to the Fontvieille Harbour.

The Green Room Yacht is located in Zone Two within Port Hercules.

 


 

is smoking permitted on the yacht?

Only when you are on the deck and within the exterior areas is smoking allowed. Please use the ash trays provided to dispose of ash.

 


 

IS THERE WIFI ONBOARD?  

Wi-Fi onboard is very limited and within the port of Monaco internet signal will not be guaranteed due to the volume of spectators.

ARE SHOES PERMITTED ON THE YACHT

Shoes are permitted on the yacht; however, we do ask guests to refrain from wearing stiletto heels or any shoes which may cause damage to any flooring. The yacht has been carpeted internally and externally for your convenience.
